OUR PROCESS

initial meeting
Once you've filled out the inquiry form we'll be in touch to provide you with more information. We'll set up a time to meet via a zoom call to go over the finer details of your wedding day.

booking
A signed contract and 50% retainer will reserve your celebration on our calendar - making that date yours exclusively! We take on limited weddings per year and it's so exciting for us each time we welcome a new couple!

PLANNING & CONSULTATIONS
We'll work with you and your planner to ensure that everything is carefully planned beforehand, from the timeline to the family photo list. You'll also receive our signature wedding guide filled with tips.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Being engaged is exciting, and documenting this season with an engagement session is the perfect way to celebrate it!

YOUR WEDDING day
Everything has been taken care of, and we'll arrive early to document one of the most memorable days of your life - the beginning of your marriage!

your wedding photos
6-8 weeks after your wedding you'll receive a beautiful online gallery containing your wedding photos. If you've chosen an heirloom photo album to preserve your memories, we'll work together to design an heirloom to showcase your memories.

How many images can we expect?
For 8 hours of coverage our clients typically receive 1,200+ high resolution, un-watermarked photos in their final gallery.
Will you travel for our wedding?
Absolutely! We have photographed weddings in New York, Connecticut, Florida, and New Jersey. In 2024 we are adding California, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island to the list.
What does your wedding calender look like?
We take on no more than 20 weddings per year to ensure our clients receive a relaxed and refined approach and frankly, photographing 40+ weddings per year can lead to burnout. This is why we are so intentional about working with clients who are a great fit!
HOW LONG BEFORE WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
You can expect a hand selected gallery of previews within a week! Full wedding galleries are delivered 5-8 weeks following.
Will you help us plan outfits?
Of course! Each of our clients will receive our style guide as well as the link to our curated pinterest board filled with outfit inspiration.
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
Your photos are delivered to you via a beautiful online gallery and will be high resolution and un-watermarked. You'll have access to view them, download, print, and share your images. After that, we'll work on curating your favorites for your print and album order.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTS AND ALBUMS?
We are proud to offer heirloom photo albums, as well as a curated selection of prints, photos boxes, and other print products. We will work closely with you to ensure your memories have a home beyond a hard drive.
Do you deliver color and B&W?
Each gallery will include images in a mix of our signature color edit as well as our classic black and whites.
Will you help us pose?
Yes! We will gently walk you through how to pose and what to do with your hands so that you look your best and can focus on being present with each other. It makes us so happy to hear often from our clients that we made them feel comfortable and confident.
